UGANDA: For netball, it doesn't get much bigger than the Commonwealth Games. Three African teams took part in the 2022 competition, including Uganda. One of their star players, goal shooter Mary Nuba, fled South Sudan as a child and says the sport helped her both on and off the court. She talked to BBC Sport Africa about her excitement ahead of competing for the She Cranes at the Commonwealth Games in England:
